Nicky Bullard is Chief Creative Officer of MullenLowe UK. A fierce champion of equality, who on top of a day job she adores, supports many brilliant organisations and charities. Nicky has worked with UN Women during lockdown creating a film around domestic violence, has also been on the marketing committee of Women for Women international and is one of the founding members of The Hope Collective, a UK body of organisations changing the negative headlines about young people to headlines of hope. . Nicky has been named an Ad Age Woman of Europe, and has featured in the Financial Times HERoes list 3 times. A multi-awarded writer, she is also a regular judge and President on international awards juries and has been named one of Campaign’s Agency Leaders of the Year.
